Dr. Schulze animatedly shares with the students the importance of what we eat and how we can reduce illness by 50-75% through dietary changes. He comments that many people think his food programmes are radical and he explains why they are nothing compared to medical intervention. He continues to discuss the political, financial and environmental aspect of eating less or no meat and dairy. He encourages us to be pioneers of how we think and eat.
He lays out his 3 FOOD PROGRAMMES and when and how to use them.

• The health building food programme which is possibly vegan or vegetarian but at least low meat and dairy. He suggest this for 48 weeks a year to maintain good health. In the main it consists of vegetables, fruit, nuts and seeds. It should be fun, tasty and imaginative.
• The purifying food programme consisting of raw fruit, vegetables, sprouted grains, seeds and nuts.
• The juice fasting programme. Just water, juiced vegetables, fruit and herbal teas.
These last two programmes he suggests for 4 weeks (1 week a season) to either combine or pick one or other for 4 weeks a year to give our bodies a tone-up. He explains to the students how to use these programmes for varying levels of illness and also warns to be mindful and flexible about the climate and season and what foods are chosen to fit these varying needs.
(This starts mid sentence!)
Dr. Schulze goes into healthy foods such as vegetables, fruit, grains, nuts, seeds, oils and fermented foods. He discusses moving the bowel and his bowel formula No. 2; the equivalent of Herbs Hands Healing formula ‘Clay & Linseed Capsules’; and his bowel formula No. 1 (our Chamomile & Cascara Capsules).
After doing a practical session with the students he discusses the reason garlic is in the bowel capsules and he narrates its attributes with his usual memorable anecdotes. He continues with other elimination organs, the liver, kidneys, lungs and skin. He makes sure everyone really grasps the concept that before embarking on a cleansing and detoxing programme, it is vital to make sure that all the elimination channels are able to function, empty and clear themselves properly. If they cannot and remain congested the cleanse will be painful, give you headaches and will be unproductive.
Starting abruptly and continuing from the previous disc Dr. Schulze continues to relate to the students his concepts, ideas and philosophies around natural healing and getting better. How the wrong lifestyle and food habits sabotage health and how those with poorer genetic health will have to try harder than those with inherently stronger bodies.
He quotes Dr. Christopher’s KISS ‘Keep it Simple Student’, where he comments on the art of keeping things simple by removing confusion and complication. He discusses the belief in the power of the body to get better drawing on Depak Chopra and many others for inspiration.
He stresses that ‘our health is the sum total of many criteria’ and that ‘what we end up with directly reflects the amount of work that we put in.’
Dr Schulze wants us to realize that staying positive, loving yourself and a forward thinking brain are essentials to put with all the hydrotherapy, food and other programmes.
He answers questions about parasite programmes, and “Is it dangerous to do a bowel cleanse before seeing a doctor?” He continues with glandular fever and talks about virus migration and keeping our immune systems strong and how his partner Anisha contracted SARS symptoms during the outbreak.
An in-depth question of how to deal with fear was answered in the Richard Schulze fashion where he explains that transforming the fear into motivation and positivity with total responsibility for the situation is the only way to go.
Children’s vaccinations, fertility, female and male herbs, he keeps going and finally a poem gifted from all his dead patients, which he hopes will inspire us all to build passion, gratefulness and love into our lives.
It was good to know that not only his partner Anisha was in this large audience but also his English mother-in-law and 9 year old son Arthur.
Dr Schulze shares some of the master class he held earlier in the day with Herbal Practitioners and doctors. He wanted us to know why passion fuels success and that encouraging and helping people become passionate will make them more successful in overcoming their illness.
He continues on relating how and why he constructed his Superfood Plus as a part of his healing programme. He relates how the spirulina expert Christopher Hills inspired him to use this single celled organism within his healing programmes. He takes us through some of the other plants and why they are in there to include his saccharomyces cervisae yeast base so rich in protein and B12 and other B vitamins, which was a traditional daily food in Europe.
He talks about using juices as food but also as enemas stressing the “excellent nutrition in and excellent removal of waste out” is a fundamental, core principle.
He finishes with a story about a 23 year old Myasthenia Gravis patient who got better and more ideas on healing heart disease.
Dr Schulze is asked a question about Alzheimer’s disease and he relates a story about the specialist French hospital for Alzheimer’s in California where they also say that Alzheimer’s is a lack of nutrition, oxygen and waste removal from the brain.
He goes onto explaining how he upgraded Dr Christopher’s ‘There Are No Incurable Diseases’ programme and many stories from Dr Schulze’s own ‘Last Chance Clinic’, which he ran with Anisha his partner.
His punchy sense of humour punctuates his sharings and stories and keeps us all riveted as he insists we take responsibility for our own healing processes. Chronic depression, cancer, Parkinson disease, he keeps relating stories and stresses that we can never heal our friends and loved ones, we can only sow seeds, show, share and teach. The real work has to be done by the one who is sick.
Dr Schulze talks us through the 3 month time-frame he gives (give or take a month or so) most people to turn their lives and health around. He impresses upon us that tomorrow is what you realize and do today.
This disc is a classroom induction to the subject and the students chosen vocation. Dr. Schulze outlines the personal and life-changing reasons he got into natural healing. He talks about his teachers and how people bombarded him with the ‘how did you get better?’ questions and ‘how can I do it as well?’ He describes his practice and why he is passionate about sharing his worst case scenarios in order to show and share the possibilities.read more
Dr. Schulze starts to outline what natural healing is and isn’t, where and how the herbs play their part and why natural healing routines, food and exercise are the foundations. The disc starts with a thought provoking chat about mainstream medicine and his radical views and opinions based on his clinical work. He discusses that there is no dispute that drugs and animal parts work but that the price of the side-effects isn’t what his work and what the students work is all about. He goes onto describing the value of self responsibility, lifestyle changes and much more. This disc concludes abruptly and continues into disc 3.read more
Dr. Schulze shares his personal life stories as a means to show that he has personally met death and near death in all its shapes and forms through himself and sadly his parents when he was a child. This laid his path, trainings and experiences to eventually open his own hugely successful clinical practice.
Dr. Schulze shares with us the emotive moments when the hospital or doctor gives the diagnosis and the prognosis. He then takes us through why and how we can make changes at this point to alter the outcome both physically and emotionally.
