Description

The botanicals in this powder blend have been chosen by herbal practitioner Jill Davies to detoxify the bowel. They have been selected for their ability to swell, absorb, draw and detoxify the colon. It contains classics like pectin and charcoal and European Plantain for its ability to absorb and subsequently to remove heavy metals. Also to act as an anti-microbial, anti-toxic and anti-inflammatory.

Product Advice	Do not use this food supplement when pregnant or breastfeeding.
Directions for use	Take one heaped teaspoon of powder one to four times a day. Initially mix into a fine paste and then dilute a little more in order to consume it easily with one of the following suggestions: plant milks, fruit juice or water. Ensure you subsequently drink more fluid e.g. 250ml to 500ml of water after each use. This formula swells up and needs to move down to the bowel (combine with ColoClear Capsules).

Strikingly attractive silver birch (Betula pendula) with its black and white bark, their leaves are incredibly medicinal. So common to gardens, woodlands and parks.

Rich in betulin and betulinol, these leaves are highly anti-bacterial and very useful for cystitis. They are also good at removing excess water, (maybe connected to blood pressure)or the menstrual cycle. They do this without irritating the kidneys, very important.

In Europe, they have always been used as a slimming aid. They also help arthritis as they are anti-inflammatory and reduce uric acid levels. Many digestive system issues are balanced with these leaves as well.

Caution: Due to salicylates in leaves, those sensitive to aspirin and salicylates or using blood thinning medication should not take it.
