These are made from pure, unbleached cotton with a coated wire top. It allows the loose herbs to expand while brewing and ensures full taste and flavour. Wash out and hang up after use. You may want two – one in use and one drying. Use in cups, mugs or in teapots.

Ginkgo Harvest For Brain Support
Harvested at this stripy green and yellow stage for optimum biochemistry. Ginkgo Leaf Tincture (https://shop.herbs-hands-healing.co.uk/product/ginkgo-tincture-2) increases blood flow to the brain, opening up narrowed capillaries. Breathing Better & Mint
A classic herbal blend for helping the lungs and making breathing easier would always have mint in it. Our Breathe & Clear Herb Tea is no exception and peppermint stars alongside several other herbs that help make breathing easier and lung function noticeably better.
A fun fact concerning mint and breathing is that the essential oil `menthol` changes how the brain processes breathing sensations, rather than directly affecting breathing muscles or lung capacity.
(The mint picture here is one of the 20 to 30, often garden escape or wild/bred species)

Protection of your respiratory health overall should commence in October, anticipating the damper, cooler days, combined with drier indoor air. If you don`t have a lung condition, precautions to keep your lungs as ‘Winter-fit’ as possible make good sense. For those with chronic or underlying lung conditions, considering additional strategies may help. As pretty as Autumn foliage is, decaying leaves and fungal spores can add to lung sensitivities. This and the many other aspects to consider make it important to get extra help and precautionary plans in place. Having said this, we have had some very unpleasant cases of severe headaches progressing into roaringly painful throats and coughs (tiredness) in the last two weeks.
Nerve Calming, Muscle Relaxant
Crampbark has these gorgeous berries and pretty autumnal foliage. We actually use the Spring bark for the compounds which relax all muscle stiffness and pain and, at the same time, calm and regenerate nerve components.
It`s in our strong digestive formula called Gentian & Artichoke Formula (https://shop.herbs-hands-healing.co.uk/product/gentian-artichoke-formula). It relaxes gut muscles and encourages a good flow of digestive enzymes.
