Hydrangea arborescens is a specialist herb that practitioners use to help cystitis, enlarged prostate (holding water) and for kidney and bladder stones. We use the root.
It grows wild in the US in woodlands and riverbanks, whilst in the UK it`s a glorious garden plant.

Coughs, colds, catarrh, bronchitis and similar, we rely upon this excellent plant (leaves and flowers) to bring up phlegm and reduce its formation in the first place.
We used a lot during Covid and it`s a `must have` throughout Winter.
