Lavender Flower herb tea (100g loose tea) by Herbs Hands Healing.
We love the hot weather. But know that it can also come with irritability, lethargy, brain fog and raised tempers! Eating bitter foods naturally cools down body heat. Some of those are watercress, chicory and olives – to which you can add dandelion leaves if you forage or have a garden – they will naturally chill you out!
Drink more water of course and add fresh lemon or lime juice to it for extra sour/bitter flavours for additional cooling.
Our favourite tip: Cold mint tea! It will instantly lower your heat levels, just as Lavender Flower Herb Tea will. Find the Lavender Flower Tea here:
The fragrant aroma of Lavender tea is wonderful! It will give calm clarity yet focus. It helps both when needing to work or wanting to rest.
