Summer heat can bring with it irritability, lethargy, brain fog and raised tempers! Eating bitter foods naturally cools down body heat. Some of those are watercress, chicory and olives – to which you can add dandelion leaves if you forage or have a garden – they will naturally chill you out!
Drink more water of course and add fresh lemon or lime juice to it for extra sour/bitter flavours for additional cooling.
