The result is a calmer more peaceful feeling overall.
In fact, it doesn’t stop there, Magnesium is truly essential to us, vitally assisting over 300 chemical reactions in the body including powering our hearts, kidneys, bones and muscles as well as helping to regulate our blood sugar levels.
