Rosemary Gifts So Much
Our beloved culinary/medicinal herb rosemary leaf helps flavour dishes and assists circulation and oxygen levels.

A few years ago, DNA results moved it into a different botanical family. So now it is housed with Sage and the Latin has changed from Rosmarinus officinalis to Salvia rosmarinus.

Sage, like Rosemary, both share the medicinal uses of painrelief (highly anti-inflammatory), antiviral, cholesterol support and blood sugar balancing.
