What a Lot of Sorrel
There are pros and cons of Sorrel. It contains quite a lot of oxalic acid which mustn’t be over accumulated but on the other hand, its leaves are extremely good for digestion, the liver and detoxing.
You don’t see it for sale ever, only self-grown in a patch like this or of course in the wild looking much smaller.
I love to put small amounts in Summer salads for extra sour and zing.
