Summer berries are not only delicious but they are also incredibly anti-inflammatory and cooling to the body. Cherries are some of the first berries to appear. Fat a juice-filled, delicious just as they are.
Blackcurrants are another of my favourite raspberries too it’s hard not to love them all!
All of them are high in antioxidant levels meaning these berries are good at helping quell chronic inflammation. Any fruit that contains the reds yellows and purples of nature will be very rich in anti-inflammatory antioxidants, so enjoy our summer bounty and feel cooler and less inflamed.
