It’s actually really creamy and tasty.[This drink is part of our overall liver cleanse https://shop.herbs-hands-healing.co.uk/…/28-day-liver…]
Another kitchen addition to your liver crusade can be fresh pineapple. It’s a brilliant liver supportive. In fact, its main biochemistry ‘bromelain’ is available as a supplement too. Bromelain is found in high concentrations in the pineapple stems and is an enzyme capable of digesting proteins whilst also an excellent anti-inflammatory. It is hugely helpful for the stomach as well as the small intestine. It has been shown to be an adequate replacement for pepsin and trypsin (enzymes produced in the mucosal lining of the stomach that acts to degrade protein) in cases of deficiency and has been used to heal gastric ulcers (promoting healing).
