Know Your Berberine

All barberry shrub species contain the invaluable biochemical constituent berberine.

Barberry appears in many of our formulas mainly due to its potent immune-modulating properties but also because it can repair mitochondria and support all blood sugar issues.

(It is both in flower and forming young berries.)

Respiratory Rescue Mullein

Coughs, colds, catarrh, bronchitis and similar, we rely upon this excellent plant (leaves and flowers) to bring up phlegm and reduce its formation in the first place.
We used a lot during Covid and it`s a `must have` throughout Winter.
