Immune Support Plantain

Spring gifts us so many wild wonders not least this beautiful plantain ( plantago lanceolata). For medicinal purposes, you can use this species or the other prolific plantain (Plantago major) with broader leaves.

Plantain is rich in soothing healing and also immune-modulating biochemistry. This is why I placed it as the ‘ lead’ herb in our immunity herbal tea ImmuGold (https://tinyurl.com/45ab9t5z). A firm favourite all Winter and into Spring to support coughs, colds, flu and then hayfever.
