Squirrels Acorn Harvest
Squirrels plant thousands of oak trees every year as they harvest the acorns in huge quantities. And then don’t need all they’ve gathered. Thank you, squirrels.

By the way, oak bark is one of the ingredients in our Golden Myrrh Mouthwash, one of several herbs that act as specific mouth and gum cleansers, useful for sensitive or infection-prone teeth and gums.

Bay Tree Autumn Fruits
I use a lot of bay leaves in cooking. The fragrant leaves are lovely in a wide range of dishes, plus they are hugely beneficial for the gut microbiome and help with better digestion. They are strongly antimicrobial and make a good, quick, fresh tea if you have a tummy upset.

Stunning reds aren`t they. Earlier in the year, these were wild `dog` roses with their pretty pale pink petals.
