Mullein, Our Lung Leaves

You can pick these delightful leaves now and ongoingly all summer. We’ve always used these leaves in our lung support tinctures/teas and have had exceptional demand during COVID and still do.

For a fresh tea (Verbascum thapsus) pick a large leaf, chop small. Pour on 500 ml boiling water, leave 30 mins, drink one cup immediately and the other one a few hours later.
