We are planning another production and simultaneously I spotted the first red hawthorn berries in our hedgerows. Just one of the important plants chosen for this blend.

You can always pick your own leaves and brew a fresh tea. A small handful of chopped fresh leaves per mug of boiling water. Leave to brew for 20 mins.
