Hawthorn for The Heart
I took these photos in late August when my local hedgerows were a blaze of red and orange. The Autumnal weather has since turned its leaves. I’ve also shown you the large seed inside each berry, which is rich in pectin. The entire biochemistry of hawthorn berries is a potent heart and vascular supportive, helping with any issues in those areas.
