Teaching Audio in France Track 3
Starting abruptly and continuing from the previous disc Dr. Schulze continues to relate to the students his concepts, ideas and philosophies around natural healing and getting better. How the wrong lifestyle and food habits sabotage health and how those with poorer genetic health will have to try harder than those with inherently stronger bodies.
He quotes Dr. Christopher’s KISS ‘Keep it Simple Student’, where he comments on the art of keeping things simple by removing confusion and complication. He discusses the belief in the power of the body to get better drawing on Depak Chopra and many others for inspiration.
He stresses that ‘our health is the sum total of many criteria’ and that ‘what we end up with directly reflects the amount of work that we put in.’
