Lung Tips for the Months to Come

Having successfully (hopefully) navigated through winter and any lung setbacks it’s maybe time for those with long-term or more chronic lung issues to use the next 6 months to strengthen them before autumn comes around again!
Our lungs have less and less oxygen these days, I’m told that 500 years ago we had twice as much available oxygen. Add to this the fact that our lungs have become (Post World War Two), increasingly damaged by environmental toxins, food toxins and more.
So anything that helps our lungs inflate and work better, that reduces the excessive production of mucous and any opportunistic bacteria, fungus or virus thriving on this sticky mucus, will really help. This is where herbs come in.
Onion & Horseradish Concentrate
Some of you will know our concentrate, with horseradish, thyme, garlic etc., all chosen as they have the power to kill off bacteria, virus and fungus. But they also ‘dry out’ the lungs and vastly increase circulation, enabling oxygen to flow much more easily. This, in turn, creates the ‘energy’ for cells to absorb and convert nutrients more easily, again, in turn, helping our lungs and us thrive better. Try it over the next 6 months and see if you can go into next autumn/ winter a lot more robust.
Breath and Clear Tea
This fragrant tea contains herbs that naturally open up and clear the lungs, again enabling oxygen to enter more easily. Again, the herbs are carefully chosen for their immune fighting abilities specific in differing ways for the lungs. [Wild certified plantain leaf, peppermint leaf, wild certified mullein leaf, wild certified eucalyptus leaf, liquorice root with mandarin and peppermint essential oils.]
Inflammatory and Lung damaging foods
Look into gluten and how it affects you, maybe have a test because if you have an allergy (slight, middling or severe) it could be a huge make or break factor for you. Cut out sugar and concentrate on vegetables, fruits, nuts, legumes and other healthy alternatives.
