Autumn can be a good time to look into honing better food choices, reducing any excess weight and lowering overall inflammation. With Summer long over and the arrival of colder weather, we naturally turn to comfort foods, which can then prompt excess weight gain for some, with an increase in inflammation overall. Instead, I will be encouraging warming foods and herbs to help lower inflammation and, importantly, further warm up the body.
