There’s nothing like fresh herbs (if you can get hold of them) for cold weather support. Try freshly chopped rosemary leaves and grated ginger. Either incorporate it into a daily smoothie fresh (to add antiviral compounds to the strongly circulatory duo) or turn it into an infused tea.
Use a thumbnail of rosemary leaves chopped small and a thumbnail of ginger root grated. Infuse for 5 to 10 minutes.
The warming and blood-stimulating properties of rosemary particularly affect the brain (as well as overall circulation) so have this tea in the morning ideally due to its wakeful properties.
Please note: Avoid too much rosemary with high blood pressure.
