My Garden Kale and Best way to Eat.
Having lovingly grown kale I wonder again the best way to eat it both for therapeutic benefits and taste enjoyment.
My personal taste favourite is lightly steamed and then added olive oil, garlic, sea salt and black pepper. It turns out this is the best way for those with high cholesterol, according to cholesterol studies.
Whilst according to cancer studies, raw kale is best. I do in fact add tiny finely cut ribbons of kale into a green salad with other leaves and herbs. Then, of course, I put a leaf or three into smoothies.
